Noah Cyrus, or Noah Lindsey Cyrus, is an American personality and a well-developed actress and singer. She is a prominent adult star and the child of country music singer Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus (producer and director). As a child actress, she voiced the title character of the English dub film Ponyo (2008) and played minor roles in the series Hannah Montana and Doc.

Noah Cyrus was born on January 8, 2000, in Nashville, Tennessee, to her loving and caring parents, Tish Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus.
