Jordan Poole is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association. A true freshman, he is best remembered for a game-winning buzzer-beater three-point jumper. He was named to the All-Wisconsin first team as a junior and was a member of the 2017 Dick’s National High School Championship winning squad as a senior.

Jordan Poole was born on June 19, 1999. Milwaukee, Wisconsin is his hometown. Anthony Poole is his father’s name and Monet Poole is his mother’s name. Jordan has a sister and a brother. Although there is not much information about his brother. Alex Poole is his sister’s name. He is a Christian born under the sign of Gemini. He received his secondary education at Rufus King High School.
Poole announced he would transfer from Rufus King to Indiana’s La Lumiere School, where he would live on campus, play on a schedule and be paired with a class of 2017 prospects Brian Bowen and Jeremiah Tilmon. He joined and played for the University of Michigan team in 2017. He is a graduate, although his subject of study is still unknown at this time.

Jordan is a very ambitious person who sets high goals. A top-flight high school basketball recruit, Poole visited Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Drake and Marquette. The following weekend, he traveled to Michigan for the 2015 Wolverines-BYU football game and received an offer.
After a home visit to the gym of a head coach and an assistant coach, Jordan became the first signing for the Class of 2017. Poole has a number of offers to choose from. At the time of his signing, he was the 92nd overall talent and the 21st shooting guard in the 2017 federal class.
Jordan was drafted 28th overall by the Golden State Warriors in the first round of the 2019 NBA draft. On October 24, 2019, he made his 2019–20 season debut. His club was defeated by the Los Angeles Clippers. He had his first NBA start for the Warriors against the Pelicans on October 29, 2019.
That same year, he was a member of the Cru Warriors of the NBA G-Santa League. Jordan was a member of the Michigan soccer team for two seasons from 2017 to 2019. He was part of the 2018 Big Ten Conference Men’s Basketball Tournament title team.
Controversies
According to the current issue, the FBI dropped a bombshell when it claimed its investigation uncovered bribery, fraud and an alleged pay-to-play scheme involving coaches at some of the country’s top schools. Jordan said the news gripped the nation and the media, but Michigan coach John Beilein and the rest of his staff have not allowed it to affect the roster or divert their attention.
In addition, Jordan stated that no one knows where the FBI investigation will lead or what it will entail for the coach, but regardless of the outcome, he will not change his mind about his former colleague.
