Kevin O’Sullivan is an American collegiate baseball coach and former player who is currently the head coach of the Florida Gators baseball team. He has held the position since 2008 and has led the team to seven College World Series appearances, including a national championship in 2017.

Early life
O’Sullivan was born on December 27, 1968 in Goshen, New York. He grew up playing baseball and attended St. Pius X High School in Houston, Texas. He played college baseball at Vanderbilt, Georgia Tech and Berry College as a catcher. Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Berry College and later earned a master’s degree in business administration from Wake Forest University.

He then coached at various high schools in Texas before returning to the college ranks in 2001 as an assistant at the University of Houston.
