Controversy
Simon has previously worked in Russia and often stayed in controversies because of his writing and other articles. This time, he has come up with an article write-up saying different things about the Ukraine president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
On 30th October, he wrote an article for Time Magazine concerning the war in Ukraine, international support, and problems within the country, highlighting mobilization and other situations. As per the article written by Simon Schuster, he says that the leader [of course, Volodymyr Zelenskyy] is feeling “betrayed by his Western allies” and has been left with no means to win the war rather than surviving it.
He also said that the mobilization in the country nearly ceased after Zelenskyy discharged all military officials. The article also says that Zelenskyy went to America for further assistance, where he brought various anti-corruption reforms to his country. After this reform came into effect in the country, it strengthened the military officials. Still, again, one of the President’s unnamed advisors has come in front saying that there exists corruption in the country of Ukraine.
