Antonio Celestino Ramos, popularly known as Tonio Skits, is an American comedian, internet personality, videographer, sketch comic and actor known for his skits and social media videos. He was recognized for posting videos on Vine, a video-sharing app, but when the app shut down in 2016, he began posting videos, memes, and sketches to other social media channels.

Tonio Skits was born on February 17, 1986 in Bronx, New York. His real name is Antonio, but he uses the name Tonio as a pseudonym for social media. His parents are originally from Miami.

After graduating, he moved to Miami, Florida and joined Miami Dade College for his Associates in Mass Communication and Bachelors in Film Production. The King of Comedy’s journey began when he was a child. Tonio was interested in dance and theater from the start and wanted to make a career there. He participated in theater in high school and also graduated from college in Miami. He later moved to LA to pursue his dreams.
Tonio made his acting debut in the 2008 drama film Wild Sunflowers as Joe, a limousine driver, and was credited as Tony Ray. In 2016 he appeared in the pilot of the web series Cringeworthy and also in Nicolle M. Whalen’s short film Gooned.
In 2015, he started posting videos on the Vine app and amassed a huge following with this app. But unfortunately in 2016 the app was closed and he started posting videos on his Instagram account.
