Early life
Julia Davis was born on May 16, 1974 in Kyiv, Ukraine. Her parents names have not been released. She was born in a traditional Ukrainian family and grew up in America. She hasn’t revealed much about her family and background, however, it is believed that she is an only child.
It is known that Julia graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine with a Master of Aeronautical Engineer degree in 1995, and later enrolled in the Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy in 2002. She graduated with highest honors as a Federal Customs Law Enforcement Officer.

Julia began her career in film and production, joining The Rock Entertainment in 1995 as VP of Production. She worked in this job until 2002 and gained immense experience in this field during the 7 years. Julia later completed further training and became a Customs and Border Protection Law Enforcement Officer with the US Department of Homeland Security in 2002. She worked in the fields of national security, counter-terrorism, etc.
By 2004 she became President of National Security. Counter-Terrorism and Immigration Expert and is currently also actively employed in this position. In the same year she also became Vice President of Production at the Fleur De Lis film studio and worked on the co-production of national and international projects.
She became a journalist in 2009 when she joined the Los Angeles Homeland Security Examiner and began her career as an investigative journalist. She also became a member of the Russian Media Monitor as an analyst in 2014 and joined The Daily Beast as a columnist in 2018.
In 2016 she was also appointed CEO of Fleur De Lis Film Studios. She has been actively reporting on the Russia-Ukraine war lately, often writing against Russian propagandists. She recently published a column for The Daily Beast in which he spoke about how Russian television is arguing for an end to the war, calling it a special military operation.
