Early life
Kiki Milloy was born on November 10, 2000. She grew up in Woodinville, Washington and her parents are Claudine Milloy and Lawyer Milloy. Her father played for the New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills, Atlanta Falcons, and Seattle Seahawks over the course of his 15-year NFL career and made four Pro Bowls. Her mother was a two-time All-American and conference champion in the 55-meter hurdles while running track and field for the University of Washington. She is currently majoring in Neuroscience.

In her freshman season, Kiki Milloy started 19 of 23 games and made three one-start circuit appearances, posting a 1-0 win-loss record. She played midfield for the Lady Vols in 57 of the games she started as a sophomore and finished the season with a team-best 1.103 OPS, 50 runs, 59 hits, three triples, 107 total bases, and a .652 slugging percentage and a base percentage of 0.451. She led the team with nine stolen bases on 11 attempts, ranking tenth in the SEC.
Kiki Milloy ranked sixth in the NCAA, second on the team in 13 homers, third on the team in batting average (.360), and third on the team in RBIs (36). Rise to Fame
Kiki Milloy was selected to attend VOLeaders Academy, a year-long leadership curriculum for students and athletes that ended with a summer tour of duty to Belize, during which she made and finished baseline in 17 consecutive games from March 6 through April 2 the base reached games while hitting .432 (19 of 44) and earning a selection for the program.
She was UT’s top offensive threat in her junior season, starting all 59 games in midfield for the Lady Vols. She led the Big Orange in various statistical categories including batting average (.362), on-base percentage (.455), runs (53), hits (71), doubles (12), home runs (15), RBIs (53), slugging (.673), and theft (31).
Kiki Milloy finished the year as an active career leader in the SEC with 77 steals, ranking 8th in school history and leading the Tennessee lineup with 21 multi-hit and 16 multi-RBI games. From February 18 to April 17, she reached base in 34 straight games, the longest streak by a Lady Vol since 2018. She also had a 1,000 fielding percentage with 65 putouts and three assists.
Kiki Milloy had multi-hit games against Mississippi State (5/12), Campbell (5/20) and Oregon State (5/21) and posted .476 (10 of 21) in the postseason. During conference play, he led the Big Orange with two triples and eight steals and finished second on the team with 22 hits and 16 runs scored.
