Early life
Nikki Bella was born on November 21, 1983 and will be only 39 years old in 2022. She was born sixteen minutes earlier than her twin sister named Brianna. The Bella twin sisters were born to their loving and caring parents named Jon Garcia and Kathy Colace.
The sisters grew up in San Diego, California and were raised on a farm in Phoenix. Both twin sisters are of Mexican and Italian descent. As a child, Nikki played for the Scottsdale Club with her twin sister in elementary school.
Nikki Bell graduated from Chaparral High School and received her degree in 2002. She then returned to San Diego for her college studies. Outside of college, she pursued her soccer for Grossmont College but was transferred to Los Angeles a year later. There in Los Angeles, she worked as a waitress at the Mondrian Hotel while trying to find an agent.

She signed a contract with her twin sister to join WWE in 2007. They performed at FCW, the developing territory of WWE in Tampa, Florida, and later at the FCW house show in September 2007, Nikki and her twin sister, Brie, made their in-ring debut.
During her performance, she defeated many including Nattie Neidhart and Krissy Vaine. In September 2008, Nikki performed and participated in the Divas Battle Royal, which was later won by Miss Angela. In October 2009, she was traded back to Raw as part of the Tri-Banded Divas trade. She appeared on stage while in the backstage segment, competing with weekly guest stars and occasionally in the wrestling matches.
Nikki Bella retired from WWE wrestling in 2019, citing the reason behind her health issues. As early as 2012, the twin sisters focused on their modeling careers and advertising work. They first appeared on the MTV series Ridiculousness in October 2012.

On January 29, 2020, Nikki Bella announced that she is expecting her first child with her twin sister Brie, who announced her second pregnancy on the same day. In June 2020, at the Total Bellas Season 5 finale event, Nikki announced that she was expecting a baby boy. Later, on July 31, 2020, Nikki gave birth to a boy named Matteo Artemovich Chigvintsev.
