Against Vanderbilt, he started for the second time in his SEC career, hit 5.1 innings, and allowed just one run with four hits without walks and seven strikeouts; The seven Ks was a career-high for Floyd in an SEC game.
Tyson had allowed just two runs on five hits with three walks and 12 strikeouts in 12.1 innings in three relief appearances before his start against Vanderbilt.
