He hit .422 with five homers and 25 RBI for the Bucs in 2022, helping them to a 36-4 record and a place in the Class 5A Quarterfinals. He was 8-0 on the mound with a .16 ERA, 83 strikeouts, and 11 walks over 45 innings.
For the 2022 class, he was Perfect Game’s top-ranked player in Louisiana. He also competed in the Perfect Game All-American Classic and was ranked the No. 13 shortstop and the No. 65 overall contender in the country.
