While still a student at USC, Rosen did an internship with the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Kings in 1980-81, where he began his sports career with the NBA’s Los Angeles Lakers and the NHL’s Los Angeles Kings. Kings and the Los Angeles Forum Special Events for seven years after his graduation (1980-87). In 1985 he began working as Magic Johnson’s personal agent while still working at the Forum.
Rosen joined the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2004 as executive vice president and chief marketing officer. Rosen worked at the Lagardère Group until late 2010 but also focused on business development and marketing for Magic Johnson Enterprises after leaving the Dodgers in 2006.
