Louie Belpedio or Louis Belpedio is an American personality and an ice hockey professional. Currently, he is a member of the Philadelphia Flyers in the National Hockey League (NHL) and actively participates in their games. He was drafted in 2014 by the Minnesota Wild in the overall 80th round.

Louis Belpedio was born on 14th May 1996 in Skokie, Illinois, United States. His parents are Lou and Linda Beldepio and he grew up with his brother Nic. He went to Miami University (Ohio) to complete his education and practice his hockey games.
Louie Belpedio Career
Louis played youth-level hockey with the Culver Military Academy in Indiana and continued playing for the USA Hockey National Team Development Program in the United States Hockey League. After completing his four-year program at Miami University (Ohio) in the 2017–18 campaign, Louis Belpedio joined the Iowa Wild [the Wild’s AHL affiliate] on an amateur try-out contract on 16th March 2018.
After completing ten games with Iowa, Louie Belpedio signed a two-year contract with the draft club, the Minnesota Wild, on 5th April 2018. He had his NHL debut and joined the playoff-bound Wild roster team. Louis had the record of two assists and eventually became the first player in the Wild history to record a multi-point game in his NHL debut, where he had the victory over the San Jose Sharks with 6-3 on 7th April 2018.
He remained on the roster through the Wild’s first playoff exit round and was not featured in the game. Louie Belpedio remained on the Wild for the first four seasons before leaving as a free agent. Later, he signed a one-year contract with the Montreal Canadiens on 28th July 2021. On 13th July 2022, he signed a one-year contract as a free agent and a two-way contract with the Philadelphia Flyers.
