International
Vladislav Goldin started his basketball career presenting the CSKA Moscow junior team in the Russian capital. During this time he was part of the U-18 European Championship and the U-19 World Cup. To continue his playing career and the educational life ahead, he moved to the United States and enrolled at Putnam Science Academy in Connecticut. In high school, he was the classmate of security guard Hassan Diarra, who now plays for UConn.
The two may have faced each other at national championships. After high school, Goldin was recognized by 247Sports as a three-star nominee and second-best player in Connecticut for the recruiting class of 2020. While at school, he was coached by Tom Espinosa and played for Putnam Science Academy in Connecticut. He played for the CSKA Moscow junior team for three consecutive seasons.
Texas Tech (2020 – 2021)
He started 10 games off the bench for the Red Raiders. During the season, he averaged 1.9 points and 1.0 rebounds per game. He had a career-best best-season score with six points and four rebounds in a win over Grambling. His presence on the team added five points against Incarnate Word. He helped the team score an extra five points against Incarnate Word, two points in a home win against TCU, etc.
Florida Atlantic (2021 – 2023)
In the early years (2021-2022) he initially played 34 games and started with 33 of them. During the year or season, he ranked seventh in blocks per game (1.15) and 14th in offensive rebounds per game (2.0) in C-USA. That same year (2020–2021), his presence on the team led the team to appear in blocks (39) and field goal percentage (.554). He finished the season with 11 double-digit scoring games and six 7+ rebound games, and had a block in 26 total games. Goldin made his debut in official games for the Owl Basketball Team in New Mexico, scoring 10 points and four boards. He also had a season-high 11 rebounds against Miami.
