The rookie golfer found early success on the LPGA Tour and had a strong amateur career. Corpuz has won the Hawaii State Open (2014), represented Hawaii in the Asia Pacific Junior Cup (2014), and played for the West team in the AJGA Wyndham Cup (2012). Before college, she competed in six USGA championships, the second highest of all time, and had nine top 10 finishes on AJGA majors and over 15 top 5 AJGA results.

As a high school senior in 2016, she placed second at the Canadian Women’s Amateur Championship and won the Hawaii State High School Championship at the fourth playoff hole. Additionally, Corpuz competed as an amateur in the 2016 LPGA Lotte Championship at Ko Olina Resort, where she hit a 72 in the second round and ultimately missed out on entry into the tournament by three shots.

Corpuz led the USC Trojans women’s golf team to a 71.57 batting average during her tenure (2016-2021) and was named to the first-team All-Americans for her efforts. She competed in the 2020 and 2021 Arnold Palmer Cup and the 2021 Curtis Cup.

The 2020 US Women’s Open was her third US Open and sixteenth USGA title. Despite being 19 holes behind eventual champion Rachel Kuehn, Corpuz finished second at the 2020 North and South Women’s Amateur at Pinehurst Resort. In the World Amateur Golf Rankings, she achieved her career-best seventh place.

Allisen Corpuz, who turned pro in 2021, placed sixteenth in Q-School, qualifying for the LPGA Tour in 2022. In her debut season, she made 17 cuts in 21 events and finished 41st in the rankings.
