Batya Ungar-Sargon is an American author and journalist. She is deputy opinion editor of Newsweek and former opinion editor fof The Forward, America’s leading Jewish news organization. She has written for The Daily Beast, The New York Times, Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, Foreign Policy, Newsweek, and the New York Review of Books.
