Early life
Jessica Cisneros was born on May 24, 1993 and grew up in the frontier town of Laredo, Texas. Cisneros, who is in her late 20s, earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2015, where she majored in immigration law. She later went to the Austin School of Law, where she received her master’s degree in 2018. Cisneros describes herself as an immigrant who wants to campaign for human rights and has developed professionally as a lawyer and clerk.
