Sabrina Enciso is a Mexican-American football player, currently playing for Club America W in Mexico. She was named to the 2018 Pac-12 All-Academic Honorable Mention team. She is one of the top club footballers in the country and plays for Club America Femenil.
Early life
Sabrina Enciso was born on February 17, 1999, in California, USA but holds both Mexican and American citizenship. She is the daughter of Daniel and Elizabeth Enciso and has two sisters, Marissa and Salina, and a brother, Daniel. Sabrina is the first in her family to attend college and plans to major in public health with the goal of becoming a registered nurse.
She attended Valley View High School and received All-Conference and MVP selections for the varsity team while also playing club ball for the So Cal Blues. She was a defenseman who scored five goals and assisted six others in her senior season.

In 2017, the freshman defenseman started in all 20 games for Arizona and logged 1,738 minutes of field time. Sabrina Enciso attempted eight shots and distributed a helper. Her speed and skill on the touchline and with long throws make her a major threat to Arizona’s attack from the defensive third. Enciso played 18 games for Arizona this season, making 17 starts and playing 1,400 total minutes. She attempted eight shots, one of which was successful.
In 2019, Enciso started 19 of Arizona’s 20 games and had over 1,600 minutes of game time. She had a total of 12 shots, two of which were on target, and was instrumental in keeping the Cats’ defense tight. Sabrina started all 15 games of the 2020–21 season, recording the second most minutes played (1,326). She appeared in all 120 minutes in 11 games, was the second most on the roster, and had two shots, one on target, against UCLA. She was a seasoned veteran of Arizona’s young defense.
Sabrina was a major contributor for Arizona, starting in 11 of the 18 games of the season. She competed in more full games (10) than any other wildcat in 2021, ending the game with a point (one assist vs. Texas Tech) and a win (one loss). Sabrina shot twice, scored once, and now ranks second all-time in program history with 84 games played. She captained a defense that had many newcomers but was sidelined before the end of the 2021 season.
