Adley Rutschman is an American professional baseball catcher for the MLB team called the Baltimore Orioles who plays as a catcher. He previously played college baseball for the Oregon State Beavers. The next year, which was his junior season, he batted .411/.575/.751 with 17 home runs and 58 RBIs.
Drafted to the MLB in 2019, he was selected first overall by the Baltimore Orioles. He played 37 games with three clubs and posted .254/.351/.423 points with 4 home runs and 26 RBIs. In 2020, he was sent to Double-A-Bowie Baysox to play the 2021 season stat. By then he was hitting .271//392/.508 with 18 homers and 55 RBI games with them and was later promoted to Triple-A Norfolk Tides. There he hit a .312/.405/.490 with 5 homers and 20 RBIs in 43 games.
On April 26, 2022, he began his rehabilitation period at Aberdeen. Next month, on May 21, 2022, he made his major league debut for the first time.
