Ernestine Sclafani and Skip Bayless met on the set of Bayless’ ESPN2 show Cold Pizza when Ernestine was working in public relations. During this time, the two exchanged cards and soon they went on their first date, where Skip Bayless told her that no woman can be as important to him as his job. Ernestine and Skip were together for eleven years, six of which were engaged. Later, Bayless suggested to Ernestine that they fly by plane as they went from Newark to Oklahoma.
