Arthur is a Manhattan judge who said on Tuesday [26th September 2023] that former President Trump committed fraud for years while building his real estate empire.

Arthur Engoron was born in 1955 and he is approximately 68 years of age. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Columbia College at Columbia University. He then received another degree in Doctor of Law in 1979 from New York University School of Law.
