Craig Russell is a Welsh (English) actor, writer, and producer. He is a well-known personality who is skilled in the production of television roles and films. Craig is best known for his powerful and compelling performance as Mark Anthony on the Netflix series Queen Cleopatra.

Craig Russell was born on June 16, 1977 making him only 45 years old in 2023. Originally from Lewisham, south London, he later grew up in Cwmtwrch, a village in South Wales. As for his education, he attended Maesydderwen Comprehensive School and was tutored by fellow actors such as Eve Myles, Steven Meo and Richard Corgan.

His first production series was filmed on sets in different locations such as Wales, USA and Vietnam. The world premiere of the series took place on August 26, 2017 at the Prince Charles Cinema.
