Dominique Raheem Mostert was born on April 9, 1992 in Westside, Florida. There is not much information about his family, but he never met his birth father. He completed his schooling at New Smyrna Beach High School in New Smyrna Beach, Florida and decided to attend Purdue University after receiving many scholarships for athletics.

When Raheem was in New Smyrna Beach High School, he played soccer and competed in track events where he excelled in jumping, sprinting, and hurdling. He competed in the Central Florida All-Star Game, where he caught three passes, nearly 100 yards, and returned a kickoff 94 yards for a touchdown, and was later named MVP in 2010.
At the 2010 FHSAA 3A Outdoor State Finals, he completed the 100-meter dash in 10.68 seconds and finished fourth in the 300-meter hurdles in 37.95 seconds. He is a member of the Purdue team and was also ranked the NCAA’s fastest college football in the NFL.
In 2014, he played in the Big Ten Indoor Track and Field Championship and earned a gold medal and also qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championship. He attended college from 2011 to 2014 and played football.
He played against Penn State, Badgers and Western Michigan. With his amazing result, he was named captain in the 2012 season. He finished with a total of 136 carries for 759 rushing yards and 6 rushing touchdowns with 34 kick returns for 2,289 yards. During his professional career, he signed with various NFL teams.
NFL
He was an undrafted free agent for the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2015 NFL Draft. He totaled 351 yards and also 5 kick returns for 162 yards. Later, on September 6, he was accepted into the drill squad. On September 14, 2015, he was released from the previous training team by the Miami Dolphin.
He threw 2 kicks for 57 yards in Week 2 and was signed by the Baltimore Ravens the next day. Even in Ravens, he’s placed Brown’s 53-man roster. However, he did have 5 kicks for 164 yards in 7 games. He was later also signed by the Cleveland Browns, New York Jets, Chicago Bears and San Francisco 49ers. On November 28, 2016, he signed with the San Francisco 49ers and was promoted to an active roster.
He finished his 2016, 2017 and 2018 seasons with an amazing scoring 68 returning yards, 6 rushing yards on 1 carry, then for the next season 6 carries for 30 rushing yards and in the 2018 season with 83 returning yards in 11 games and 34 Carrys for 261 rushing yards or 1 rushing touchdown.
On March 15, 2019, he signed a 3-year contract with the 49ers. He finished the season with 772 rushing yards and 8 touchdowns and 14 receptions for 180 yards and two touchdowns. In 2020, he was injured in Week 2 and finished the game with 92 rushing yards and left the game after the first two quarters.
